He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Rustick and Barbara Rustick (Cox); his wife Penny Boyd; his children, Potato Farms, Dayna Rustick (Mike Enright), Daniel Rustick (Amanda), Stevens Point and Adam Voight (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kaleb, Iliana, Mackenzie and Quinn; his brothers, Garlund Rustick (Brenda), Buck Rustick (Dawn), Tim Rustick (Amy) and Ted Rustick, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, William Andres and Jimmy Boyd.
