He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hubatch; his children, Katie Kakes of Bryant and Aaron Kakes (Sydney) of Antigo; his sister Darcy Blakemore (David) of Ogden, UT; his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Kakes of Bryant, Shannon Hubatch and Gerry Hubatch (Charly); his nieces and nephews, Matt Kakes (Tiffany Hoerres), Megan Michels (Justin), Joseph Blakemore, Trenton and Callie Hubatch; his great-niece Emma; and his nephew Dane Michels.
