He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kinnard and Lorraine Kinnard (Jandrin); and his siblings, Donald, Lawrence, James, Myron, Diane, Sharon and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Mary Conard; his pet Captain; his children, William Kinnard, T. J. Reinert, Tanya Lopez (Jason), Trevor Kinnard (Sarah), Casey Kinnard, Samantha Kinnard and Brittany Kinnard; and his siblings, David Kinnard (Amy), Carol Demmin (Chris), Marilyn Anderson and Patsy Kruse (Tim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
