She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Marjorie Thomas (Wardlow); and her siblings, Jim, Donald, Steven Kidd and Kathleen Delveaux.
She is survived by: her husband John Francis Vogel; her son Greg Bastien; her grandchildren, Parker, Cora, Bailey and Carter Bastien; and her brother Jerry Kidd (Fitzy) of Green Bay.
Face masks and proper social distancing will be required.
