He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Guelette and Nervin Guelette (Vandertie); his parents-in-law, Ralph and Ruth Seigworth (Karen); his daughter Jami DeClark; his son-in-law R. J. Ullman; his sisters, Grace Baudhuin, Johanna Guelette and Lucille Vandertie; and his in-laws, Norman Vandertie, James Jilot, William Wagner and Pat Seigworth.
He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Seigworth; his daughters, Jodi Ullman of Brussels and Deb Thayse (Todd) of Forestville; his son-in-law Daren DeClark of Brussels; his sisters, Fern Jilot and Sally Wagner; and his brother-in-law Ken Seigworth of Sturgeon Bay. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
