It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Brandley of Brussels, Wisconsin, born in Sterling, Kansas, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theda Ellen Brandley (Elliott) and Gorman Brandley. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Hails; his stepsons, Charles Hails (Christine) of Gardner and Joshua Hails (Andria) of Belton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Aaron, Katelyn and Easton Hails; and his brother Michael Duri Brandley (Okhee).
In honor of Del, memorial donations can be made in his name to the Kansas State University Delbert E. Brandley Electrical Engineer Scholarship Fund.
