He was predeceased by: his father Fred Parkins, Jr.; and his grandfathers, Fred Parkins, Sr. and Walter 'Buck' Follis. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Follis; his stepfather Keith Follis of Brule; his grandparents, Christopher, Sharon Johnson, Carolyn Parkins and Shirley Follis; and his siblings, Samantha Parkins, Michael Parkins, Mary Koompin, Teresa Simmons (Scott), Bryan Follis (Andrea) and Brenna Follis. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
