She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Niesman and Lois Niesman (Ditsworth); and her siblings, Peggy Duitsman (Niesman) and Greg Niesman. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hartwig; her children, Darla Estes (Amy), Madison, Karen Steinmann (Nathaniel Paulson) and Jared Steinmann (Nicoal); her stepsons, Chad Hartwig (Tammy) of Monroe and Shane Hartwig (Tonya) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Gottlieb Brandli III (Natasha Teasdale), Mina Krieger (Zach Kralic), Trevor Hartwig, Camden Steinmann, Blake Steinmann, Aristotle Krieger, Oliver Krieger, Paige Steinmann, Vivien Krieger, Azaria Hartwig, Shamiria, Amere and Nevaeh Estes; her great grandchild Gottlieb Brandli IV; and her sister Kathie Roling (Mike) of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (1329 31st Ave, Monroe, WI 53566). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund will be established in Marcie's name.
