He is survived by: his children, Samantha and Jack (Scooter); his wife Lisa Balmer; his siblings, Ed Coulter (Diane), Dennis Coulter (Laurie), Gary Coulter (Chris), Sandy Herman (Mark) and Sharee Fritz (Jim); his mother-in-law Harriet Balmer; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Udelhoven (Greg), Linda Balmer and Daniel Balmer (Vicky). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
