James Townsend Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Townsend of Brownsville, Wisconsin, born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Townsend and Dorothy Townsend (Hennings); his brother Tom Townsend; and also James "Tip" Kollock. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Berndt; his daughters, Michelle Vincent (Robert), Kristen Browning (Charlie) and Jennifer Townsend; his grandchildren, Casey, Samantha Freimund, Ethan and Erin Browning; his siblings, Bob Townsend (Kathleen), Carol Weide (Reg), Rick Townsend (Bonnie), Dave Townsend (Jayla), Dan Townsend (Mer) and Gary Townsend; his sister-in-law Barbara Townsend; and also, Pat Middaugh and Ann Kollock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
