He is survived by: his parent Pauline Richter; his wife Jean; his children, Earl Richter (Kate), Cindy Gau (Mike), Carl Richter (Kim), Michael Richter and David Richter (Kathy); his grandchildren, Erik Richter (Laura Graman), Laura Richter (Patrick Ozimek), Sarah Anzia (Tom), Rebecca Dobbs (Andrae), Stephanie Trewhella (Josh), Christina Richter, Amanda Richter, Alex Richter and Aaron Richter; and his sister Pauline Reed. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
