He was predeceased by: his wife Angela. He is survived by: his children, Bryan, Amy and Julie (JJ); his grandchild Remy; his siblings, Greg, Ann (Gary), Dorothy and Chuck (JoAnn); and his siblings-in-law, Santo (Nancy) and Linda (Vince). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church are appreciated.
