He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hohlweck and Clara Hohlweck; and his brother Charles Hohlweck. He is survived by: his children, Philip Hohlweck (Erika) and Nicole Hohlweck; his grandchildren, Georgia, Lincoln, Jackson and Laila; his siblings, Philip Hohlweck (Sandy), Barbara Matz, Joan Lozoff (Shel), Myrt Metzger and Donna Zeck; and his wife Mary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Association of Frontal Temporal Degeneration (AFTD) would be appreciated.
