She was predeceased by: her former husband Melvin; her parents, Pia Adkins (Marini) and James Adkins; her brother James; her son Michael; and her grandson Brian Helmrich.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Kathleen Leonard (late Joseph Mastromonico, Jr.), Paul Leonard (Lynne), Mark Leonard (Lynn) and Matthew Leonard (Kara); her grandchildren, Alex, Ben, Becca, Ali, Chris, Jon, Michelle, Cassie, Jessica, Grace, Frank, Joe and Dan; her great grandchildren, Cammy, Gabby, Josh and Alex; her great great grandchild Ensey-Fae; and her husband Mel.
Due to Covid-19, private services will be held for the family.
