He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ebert and Barbara Ebert; and his brother James. He is survived by: his siblings, Terri, Mike (Terri Sue) and Kathy; his aunts and uncles, Kay Melzer, Cindy Lewinski (Don) and Lynne Jester; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Jr. (Sarah), Rachael, Nichole and Joshuah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addison and Mason.
Due to Covid-19, attendees are required to wear face masks.
