He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Audrey; his children, Michael Richter (Patti) and David Richter (Michele); his grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlyn and Samantha Richter; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Kissinger (late Marvin) and Judy Felsing (Ronald). He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Paul's Church in Donald's name.
