He was predeceased by: his parents, David Charles and Jeanette Anthony; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Kathi (Wallin); his children, David, Lisa (Tim Amerine), Stephen (Sarah Zipsie) and James (Jenna Wethal); and his uncle Rodney Anthony. He is also survived by grandchildren.
