With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Richard Lewis of Brooklyn, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 2, 2022 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Susan Lewis (Robinson); his wife Fonda Kernen Lewis; his son Jayce Lewis; his brother Kevin Lewis (Tara); his parents-in-law, Robert Kernen and Kathleen Eby (Gale Rawitzer); and his siblings-in-law, Nicholas Kernen, Benjamin Kernen and Hannah Kernen. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted in Jason's memory to the Brooklyn Fire Department.
