She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Shounk and Verdeen Shounk (Forrester); her husband Nick Johnson; and her son Scott. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Johnson of Brooklyn, Keith Johnson of Albany, Jared Johnson (Trinity) of Evansville, Jeffery Johnson (Heather) of Brooklyn and Kendra Stoltz (Jim) of Brooklyn; and her grandchildren, Nick, Noah, Natalie, Keegan, Aden, Linsie, Isabelle, Jolie, Sadee, Hanna, Tylee, Halle, Beau, Jack, Brittany, Bryce and Zach.
