He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Staude (Lynn) and Pamela Dunphy (Jim); and his grandsons, Lee Koepp (Jenny), Samuel Koepp, Ryan Dunphy (Maira), Ross Dunphy (Jordan), Troy Shrader (Trina) and Travis Shrader.
