He is survived by: his daughters, Charleen Kreis (Jamie) and Melanie Grueneberg (Jerry); his grandchildren, Keegan and Riannon; his stepgrandchildren, Brenna, Carter and Vaughn; and his siblings, Douglas, Dale, Donald (Shari), David (Dawn), Brenda Brown (Bill) and John.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dennis' name to Agrace Hospice.
