He was predeceased by: his parent Bert Carr Jr. (Ruth); and his sister Edna Louise Deets. He is survived by: his children, Seth Carr (Erin), Sarah Fugate (Josh) and Bert Carr IV (Lauren); his grandchildren, Carson, Riley and Liliana; and his siblings, Rick Carr (Mary) and Janice White (Lester). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
