He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McMannes and Pauline McMannes (Siegenthaler); his brother Brian McMannes; and his nephew Travis Coghill. He is survived by: his children, Amber Twieg (Bob) of Brownsburg, IN and Carson McMannes of Brooklyn, WI.; his grandchildren, Ari Twieg, Baden and Nolan; his brothers, Denny (Jan) and Bruce (Deb); and his nieces and nephews, Tara, Kathryn, Charlie, Derek of Joe, JJ, Tyler and Adam (Peggy).

Alan requested in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the family.
