He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Liam; and his son-in-law Mike Baxa. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Nee Boatman); his children, Mary (Michael), Tom (Elly), Tim (Jane), Patrice (Mike) and Julie; his grandchildren, Jim (Traci), Kevin (Ann), Brian, Tara (Joe), Kelly (Patrick), Dan (Hailey), Tommy, Natalie (Matt), Michael, Anna (Joey), Patrick, Ryan, Amanda (Josh), Brendan (Stephanie), Bradley (Jack) and Dustin; and his caregiver Mary Boatman. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
