He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sister Jacqueline Burkhardt (James); his niece Heidi Seymour (Jason); his nephew Michael Burkhardt (Hermelinda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophia, Greta, Jonah, Evan, Caleb and Noah; and his caregiver Veronica Serna. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
