He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele DeFilippis and Anna DeFilippis (Riccardi); his daughter Debbie Martino; his grandchildren, April and Brian; and his brother Sam.
He is survived by: his children, James (Karen), Steven (Kristi), Vicki Hughes (Richard) and Patty Dauer (Allan); and his grandchildren, Nick (Missy), Luke (Ashley), Noelle DeFilippis (Derek), Evan, Maxwell, Ross, Jon, Danielle Mueller (Mat), AJ (Meena), Karli, Will DeFilippis and Amy Cease. He is also survived by his ten great-grandchildren.
