He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Piotrowski and Virginia Piotrowski; and his sister Virginia "Ginny" Piotrowski. He is survived by: his children, Michael Piotrowski (Kristy), Kristin Piotrowski and Sierra Richardson (Rey); his grandchildren, Ashton, Kaden, Lindsey, Eva and Remmington; his siblings, Theresa and Robert Piotrowski; and his former wives, Linda Humphrey, Patty Griess and Sherry Meregillano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
