He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan and Dorothy; and his sister-in-law Judith Swartout (Rick). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Bradley, Marshall and Clark; his sibling Thomas (Linda); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Eibl-Schomisch. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
