Patrick Michael Sullivan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2018, at the age of 55, Patrick Michael Sullivan (Brookfield, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward; his brothers, Thomas Sullivan and Sean Sullivan; and his mother-in-law Jo Slayton. He is survived by: his children, John and Katharine; his wife Bethany; his children, Jack and Kate; his mother Irene; his siblings, Tim Sullivan (Diane), Michael Sullivan (Monica Engels), Deborah, Margaret, Amy Sullivan and Bridget Garland (Wayne); his father-in-law William Renaud (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Thad Renaud, Aimee, Bobbie Skaggs Renaud and Angela Costabile-Sullivan; and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Ryan (Kim), Brent Sullivan (Toni), Olivia Von Blomberg (Kayla), Megan Sullivan, Eion Sullivan, Telsa Garland, Danielle Renaud, Nicole Renaud, Amanda Parks, Alexis, Addison and Andrea Romero. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends.
