She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Heim and Ruth Heim; her brothers, Ronnie Galligan and Mike Heim; and her brother-in-law Donald Schneider.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Schneider; her children, Jim Schneider (Vanessa) and Michelle Van Vreede (Keith); her grandchildren, Louie, Teddy Van Vreede and Lucas Schneider; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Kaisler (late Mervin) and Stevie Heim (late William). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the Lord Lutheran Church (1650 N Brookfield Rd, Brookfield, WI 53045). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pat's name to Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in Brookfield or Wounded Warrior Project.
