He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale and Anna De Angelis; and his brother Giovanni De Angelis (Assunta). He is survived by: his daughters, AnnaMaria Kowalsky (Jerry) and Marisa De Angelis; and his siblings, Vittorio De Angelis (Rita), Maria Mastrocola (Elio), Carmelo De Angelis (Aliya) and Immacolata Guglielmucci (Pellegrino). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
