She is survived by: her children, Michael, Mark and Jaclyn (Derek); her grandchildren, Colton, Christina, Keone and Kaileo; her siblings, David (Mary Beth), Peter (Janet) and Monica; and her former husband Steven. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
