She is survived by: her granddaughter Paulina Horst; her daughter-in-law Nanette Horst (late John P.); and her cousin Judith Hammerich. She is also survived by other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests perennials to renew Karen's shared gardens with her granddaughter or memorials to Christ the Lord Lutheran Church.
