She was predeceased by: her mother Lorraine A. "Laurie" Walczak. She is survived by: her father Donald "Don" A. Walczak; her sister Tracy Kopf (George); her nieces and nephews, Megan Kopf, Ryan Kopf, Jennifer Hans and Stacey Beistle; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Layla, Levi Beistle and Elyse Gladieux; and her aunts and uncles, Roy Pedlar (Suzanne), Janice Peterson, Robert (Bobbie), Richard (Barbara) and Thomas Walczak (Kathy). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Special Olympics, Waushara County Chapter 4-19, would be appreciated.
