He is survived by: his children, Chad Balistreri (Kim), Dina Carroll (Marty) and Angelina Brankley (Johnathan); his brother Anthony Balistreri (Kathy); his grandchildren, Connor, Christian, Kayla Jo, Carson Balistreri and Juleyanne Carroll; and his godchildren, James Vaughn, Jr. and Annmarie Gibson.
