While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lauderdale and Faith Lauderdale; and his grandchildren, Thomas Ian Lauderdale and Theresa Elizabeth Klamecki. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Lauderdale; his children, James Lauderdale III (Karen), John Lauderdale and Virginia Klamecki (Joseph); and his sister Paula Kunkel (Kenneth). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, cousins, and many more family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Schramka Funeral Home (13220 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to James' church, Spiritual Living of Greater Milwaukee, 400 S. 91st St., Milwaukee, WI 53214 would be appreciated.
