He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine J. Biscobing; and his siblings, LeRoy Biscobing (late Pauline), Jacquelyn Hoffmann (late Harold) and Barbara Biscobing (Russell). He is survived by: his brother Bob Biscobing (Jan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
