He is survived by: his significant other Carol; his daughters, Kathy Mueller (Pete), Kelly Von Rueden (Dave), Kerry Musselman (Brad) and Kristin Sohn (Jon); his grandchildren, Ali, Lauren, Meghan Schrank (TJ), John, Grace Von Rueden, Madison, Mia, Jack Musselman, Michael, Ryan and Kate Sohn; his sister Patricia Collins (Tim); his nephew Kevin Collins; his niece Meghann Robertson (Brian); his great-nieces, Lelia and Naomi; and also, Rick and Bill Koester.
