With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie A. Steinmann of Brodhead, Wisconsin, born in Monroe, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 9, 2024 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Schultz and Joyce Schultz (Burmeister); her grandson Winston Steinmann; her grandparents, Don, Gladys Burmeister, Merve and Eleanor Schultz; her father-in-law Peter Steinmann Sr.; her brothers-in-law, Peter Steinmann Jr. and Matt Keller; and her nephew Shea Tate Keller.
She is survived by: her husband Joel Steinmann of Brodhead; her children, Sidney Rettinger (Nik) of Mukwonago, Koel Steinmann (Laken) of South Wayne, Noah Steinmann of South Wayne and Joie Steinmann of Brodhead; her grandchildren, Brantley Steinmann and Ila Steinmann; her sisters, Traci Ganatra (Nitin) of San Jose, CA, Gina Leonard (Todd) of Hollandale and Amy Schubert (Mike) of Verona; and her mother-in-law Roxie Steinmann of Monroe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Val's name.
