He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Messel and Bernadette Messel; his siblings, Walter Messel (Andrea), Greg Messel and Nicolette Dreikosen; his children, Micheal Barrett, Victoria Barrett, Joey Barrett, Samantha Messel, Caden Creuzer, Christian Creuzer and Cody Messel; and his grandchildren, Sophia and Serenity. He was also cherished by other nieces and nephews and his beloved dog.
