It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Zander (Bristol, Wisconsin), born in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zander and Margaret Zander (Laufenberg); his daughter Judy Schernecker; his son-in-law Eugene Schernecker; and his siblings, Vincent, Harland, Albert, LeRoy, Mary Ann and Charlotte.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Bedner; his children, Mike (Sandie) of Superior, Gary (Betty) of Sun Prairie, Diane Schraufnagel (Dennis) of Adell, Karen Lange (Bob) of Sun Prairie and Christine Rieck (Pete) of Madison; his grandchildren, Heather Taylor (Sean), Heidi Zander, Mike Zander (Courtney), Jason Zander (Christina), Julia Steckman (Justus), Katie Schulz (Nick), Dusty Zander, Darrell Schraufnagel (Kamilla), Dana Worden, Darcy Thelen (Matt), Derrick Schraufnagel, Jon Lange (Becky), Justin Lange and Samantha Rieck; his sister Rita Heinz of East Troy; and his sister-in-law Carrie Ann Zander of Cross Plains. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
