He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Nora; his siblings, Eleanor Skora, Thaddeus "Ted" Skora (Renee) and Walter Skora (Jean); and his sister-in-law Mary Skora.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Marie Day; his daughters, Ann Day, Karen Stewart (Gregory) and Julie Skora (Michael Horn); his grandchildren, Zachary Stewart (Julie), Lisa Onstad (Dakota Shandley), Allie Stewart, Nicholas Stewart, Valerie Stewart (Josh Williams) and Finley Fox; his great grandchildren, Nora, Oliver, Blakely, Denver, Emerson and Jackson; and his brother Edwin S. Skora. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
