She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Garofalo; and her son Peter Garofalo. She is survived by: her children, Daniel C. Garofalo of Bristol, WI and Lisa Mertes (Jeff) of Twin Lakes, WI; her daughter-in-law Kim Garofalo of Odessa, FL; her grandchildren, Felicia Smith (Forrest) of Odessa, FL and Nick Garofalo of Odessa, FL; and her great grandchildren, Everly and Scarlett. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
