She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emerson and Helen Emerson (Duzmal); and her brothers, Robert Emerson, Donald Emerson (Mary) and Kenneth Emerson.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Swanson (Wendy Lasko) of Bristol, WI, John Swanson of Lyons, WI and James Swanson (Kim) of Wilmot, WI; her grandchildren, Daniel Swanson, Gwendolyn Swanson, Claude Mackay (Kaylene), Kyle Mackay and Kira Mackay; and her brother Richard Emerson (Mary Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in her memory to Holy Cross Catholic Church.
