He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Thomas and Katherine Thomas Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Matejka; his son Jarrett Thomas (Lisa); his grandchildren, Spencer Thomas (Renee), Chandler Thomas and Kallie Thomas; and his brother Gerald Thomas (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
