He was predeceased by: his siblings, LeRoy and Helen Harper (Brankow); his son Harold Harper, Jr.; his sister Kathleen; and his daughter Mary Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Kober; his sons, Bill Harper (Nancy) of Silver Lake, Tom Harper (Julie) of Somers and Jim Harper of Bristol; his grandchildren, Sarah Wolfe (Jared) and Dr. Peter Harper (Kristin); and his sisters, Dorothy and Nancy Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
