She is survived by: her husband Dale Coolidge; her daughters, Mary Berg and Anna Ukkonen (James); her grandchildren, Ashley Berg, Adam Berg, Travis Ukkonen, Amber Ukkonen and Misty Ukkonen; and her siblings, Judy Pulera, Linda Bartel (Richard) and Dennis Leonard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
