He was predeceased by: his brother Raymond Dunham (Anita). He is survived by: his wife Marilee Dunham; his children, Lorie Cassity (Michael), Dean Dunham (Kathy), Donald Dunham (Jane) and Glen Dunham; his grandchildren, Brian Cassity, Mark Cassity, Briana Waison, Alyssa Hatopp, Erin Feldhausen and Tyler Dunham; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Cassity, Emilee Cassity and Eloise Waison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
