She is survived by: her spouse Arlyn Robert Wade; her children, David (Kim), Dennis (Charlene), Donald (Michelle) and Deann Fude (Ken); her nephew Chad Chadwick (Geri); her grandchildren, Jamie (Brian), Amanda, Andrew (Brenda), Matthew (Nicole), Robert (Renee), Amber (Ethan), Kathryn (Chris), Marcus (Lisa), Brandon (Michelle) and Wayde (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Hevan, Emilee, Breanna, Tucker, Charlie, Arlyn, Waylon, Brogan, Declan, Austin, Carter and Jackson; and her stepgrandson Justin Wishunt. She is also survived by many other relatives, family, and friends.
