He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kasper and Isabelle Kasper (Cook); his wife Vera Duchow (Stahel); his sister Judy Bettner; his sons-in-law, Don Wenzel, Fred Steinke and James Meyers; and his grandsons, Todd Wenzel and Chad Duchow.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Meyers of Potter, Carol Wenzel of Appleton, Jerilyn Oenes (Bob) of Oshkosh, Donna Kielgas (Jim) of Kaukauna, Stu Duchow (Kathy) of Waupaca and Penny Steinke of Brillion; his brother-in-law Dennis Bettner; and his nieces, Sheri Sammons, Cindy Rosera and Debbie Kientop. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
